Oh how I love this wonderful cookie! This is a picture from In Praise of Sardines Flickr group. It is of Pierre Herme's wonderful macaron. I can only imagine the taste. You ask why is she talking about these cookies again? I was reading Dorie Greenspan's blog and her latest entry is about her time touring one of Pierre Herme's boutiques.
